Our repeat clients typically call on us every 3 to 6 months, often to refresh an area that has been taken over by clutter or disorganization.
Items that the client decides to let go can be sold, donated, recycled, or responsibly disposed of if they don't fall into those categories. All of this is done in careful consultation with the client. If desired, Tame Space can handle the removal and processing of items that are being purged.

Yes, our services are fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of any damage to your property or possessions in the course of a project, rest assured that you are protected. We can provide our certificate of insurance and policy details upon client request.
At Tame Space, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected changes at you, requiring you to cancel or reschedule appointments. Our policy is designed to accommodate your dynamic needs while ensuring the smooth operation of our services. If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
We also understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, making it necessary to cancel an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. In such cases, we completely understand and there will be no fee for the first short-notice cancellation. However, to ensure fairness and efficiency for all parties involved, subsequent last-minute cancellations will be subject to a fee.
For a second cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, a fee of $150 will be applied. From the third cancellation onwards, a fee of $250 will be billed.
